Is this a bar or a club? What can I expect when I arrive?
We are a bar with a darkroom located upstairs. Entry is strictly limited to guests aged 18 and over. Consensual sex is allowed on the premises if all parties agree. Respect for others and practicing safer sex are core values for us. Prostitution is not permitted.
Is there an entrance fee?
Yes, the entrance fee is €5 and includes one drink (soft drink or beer). Long drinks are available for a small additional charge. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
How do I attend an event?
Ring the doorbell and you will be let in. You will then receive a locker key with a number, which is also used to track your drinks. You can change and store your belongings there. Please make sure to secure cash, valuables, and your mobile phone. If you lose your key, a €20 fee will be charged. If the key is found later, the amount will of course be refunded.
What should I wear if there is no dress code?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and attractive. Fetish wear is very welcome, including sexy or bold outfits. For special themed events, a dress code applies and must be followed strictly. This is out of respect for all guests who comply. Sturdy or closed footwear is mandatory for safety reasons.
What age group usually attends?
Cuero appeals mainly to a masculine male audience. However, we do not discriminate at the door. Based on experience, our guests range from 18 to 80 years old. Mentally, most are much younger.
Do I need cash at the bar?
No. You can settle your bill at the end using cash or card. Your drinks are registered in our system under your locker key, so you can fully relax and enjoy your time.
Is smoking or drug use allowed?
Smoking is prohibited, as is the possession, use, or sale of drugs. Guests who appear overly impaired or have used drugs will not be admitted.
Can I douche my bum?
You can douche yourself at the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. For hygiene reasons, personal shower attachments are available for purchase at the bar.
Can I take photos or is there free Wi-Fi?
The use of mobile phones or cameras is strictly prohibited in all areas.
I forgot something during my visit. How can I retrieve it?
For lost items, please contact us via social media or email, or stop by again the next day. Lost items are usually found quickly.
